You can view all your workouts and progress in Training Tilt. Access to this platform is included in your training plan.
All your training is available to you in online platform Training Tilt. Use of this platform is free for Running After 50 athletes.
Once you have signed up for a running program you will receive an invitation to join Training Tilt. You can view your training on your PC or download the Training Tilt app on your phone. On the right you can see how your training is planned in a calendar view, as well as the training metrics once you completed a run.
You connect to Training Tilt through your Strava account or directly through a Garmin device.
